Once a year, thousands of fans descend on the city of San Diego in support of their favorite comics. What began as a simple convention has morphed into more of a giant party, where everyone is invited to celebrate more than just comics, but the tremendous success of imagination. While Comic-Con naturally features popular comics, films, and games it also takes the time to appreciate the driving forces behind their inception.
In doing so, it has become more of an opportunity to celebrate all things magical. Comics have plumbed the deepest depths of imagination and brought characters, stories, and worlds to life. By pushing the limits, we’ve been given the chance to experience our dreams and desires unencumbered.
