In honor of Earth Day, come celebrate with Alcatraz Cruises and our friends from the Aquarium of the Bay and Marine Mammal Center this Sunday April 22 from 9am to 5pm.
Earth Day is a day each year on which events are held worldwide to increase awareness and appreciation of the Earth's natural environment.
Please come join us for this free event on Alcatraz Landing. You can learn about sustainability and environmental stewardship via several fun hands-on activity stations: You can create your own energy on a stationary bike, build your own “green” home, use high-powered microscopes to view micro-organisms from the bay and much, much more! So please stop by and enjoy this very special event.
